Not exactly bambi.....

Yes that is a picture of a buck.... and yes it is hanging on a wall in my house. I, being the great and kind wife that I am, told Frank last winter that if he killed a nice buck that I would be happy to have it mounted. However, you must keep in mind that my sweet husband just started hunting when he married me (thanks daddy!!). So, yes, I admit, I didn't exactly have great confidence in his shooting ability. But much to my disbelief one afternoon, thanks to my brother in law, John Murry's keen eye.... frank takes down his first buck. I will save the long story for another post. And now there is a deer in my house. My family has given me an extremely hard time about not exactly wanting frank to become an avid hunter. I mean come on, he does play golf 12 months out of the year. BUT, do you see any deer hanging in my parents or sisters house? So I think I am being pretty supportive!!
This will truly be the test of my decorating skills.....
By the way, Allie has nicknamed him 'Mr. deer frank'. Poor thing, will she ever be able to watch bambi?
