Two Little Messes

This is what my dad nicknamed them, and it is exactly what they made. At some point, I'm going to blame it on exhaustion, we decided for Allie and Lexie to sleep unsupervised in the same room. We all slept late (runs in the family) or so we thought. At 7:30 Wednesday morning, YaYa heard some giggling out in the den. She walks out of her dark, cozy room to find Allie and Lexie awake, running around the den with diaper cream all over them, the furniture, tables and carpet. Who knows how long they had been awake and what else they did. But they sure had fun doing it.
